    10. Lower your consumption of salt and sugar – don’t be so salty

    By taking simple steps such as reducing your salt intake to 5 g per day, which is about one teaspoon, you will be sure to improve your health.  

    Limiting your consumption of sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and other high sodium condiments will also make a huge difference to your overall health.
