He also believes that no matter a person’s past, there is always the potential for a better future. In his talks, Sinek discusses corporate intelligence and how organisations can successfully nurture employee motivation to increase productivity.

Simon is also an accomplished author with some of his best-published works: Start With Why, Together is Better, The Infinite Game, and Leaders Eat Last.

Daymond John perfectly embodies a man who has lived the rags-to-riches story. You may recognize him from ABC’s award-winning show, Shark Tank. Daymond began his journey towards success with only $40, but through sheer determination, he founded FUBU Clothing.

Most of his speeches target young people, and they convey the importance of nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit in young people.

One of his most famous books is The Power of Broke: How Empty Pockets, a Tight Budget, and a Hunger for Success Can Become Your Greatest Competitive Advantage.

    3. Nick Vujivic – the story of someone who refused to allow life’s challenges to hold them back

If you’re looking for an inspiring story of someone who refused to allow life’s challenges to hold them back from success, look no further than Nick Vujivic.

Vujivic was born without any of his four limbs; however, he refused to let his predicament define his future. He went on to overcome the challenges of his disability to become one of the most resourceful motivational speakers of the current day.

Vujivic runs his own motivational speaking company, Attitude is Attitude, and spends most of his time travelling the world while spreading his message of hope and faith in Jesus.
